Measuring our impact is the first step towards understanding and reducing it. Lyria has completed its greenhouse gas emissions inventory for 2025, comparing the results with 2024 and with 2021, selected as the baseline year.
Developed in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14064:2019 and the GHG Protocol, within the framework of the 4sustainability® Planet protocol, the study examines direct emissions generated by company operations and indirect emissions associated with purchased electricity.
Using the market-based approach, total emissions in 2025 decreased by 53.3% compared with 2021. This achievement is supported by the decision, adopted in 2022, to use electricity covered by Guarantees of Origin, reducing the associated Scope 2 emissions to zero.
The analysis also makes it possible to identify the main sources of emissions from company operations and pinpoint areas for future action, making progress increasingly measurable and informed.
For Lyria, reporting means turning data into knowledge and knowledge into concrete action. The GHG inventory thus becomes a tool to guide future decisions and continue the journey towards increasingly responsible production processes.
