For nearly two decades, Lyria has created textiles for the world’s leading fashion designers and brands including Alber Elbaz, Comme des Garçons, Donna Karan, Dries van Noten, Giorgio Armani, Jil Sander, Martin Margiela, Uma Wang and Yohji Yamamoto. Our work stands apart in the world of textiles in the sheer pursuit of creativity. Where others are finishing, we are just starting. Each season, we challenge ourselves to dream and experiment in order to make materials that have never before existed.
Our headquarters in Prato is a laboratory of ideas for beauty and originality. It is also a hub of inspiration, housing an archive of some 30,000 textiles and another 10,000 prototypes. We welcome collaborators that deeply value creativity, curiosity and imagination, particularly young designers who approach their work with a pure sense of possibility. Our partners also share our concerns regarding sustainability and responsible practices.
